Design & Art
Design is at the heart of every project here. The art staff is experienced and versatile, and the work runs from a one-colour team logo on a softball jersey to a ten-colour tournament shirt — because getting the image right is what decides whether anybody wants to wear the finished piece.

The concept comes first
Most decorated apparel fails at the drawing, not at the press. A tournament shirt nobody keeps, a company polo that sits in a drawer — those are design problems wearing a production costume. The art staff draws for the garment, the audience, and the decoration method at the same time.
Production art is a separate skill
A beautiful concept still has to become screens or stitches. Trapping, underbase, halftones, minimum stitch widths — the art staff handles the translation, which is why the proof and the shirt look like each other.
Your art does not get lost
Approved artwork stays on file with the separations and the digitizing. Next season, the reorder starts from the finished file rather than from someone hunting through email for a logo.

None of it has to be perfect. Half of what comes through the art desk is a photo of an old shirt and a rough count.
