Embroidery

Embroidery came into the building in 1995 and turned Graph-Tex from a print shop into a decorating house. The machine mix is the point: a twelve-head runs a company rollout, a single-head runs the twelve executive polos, and neither job has to wait on the other.

How it runs

Digitizing is a craft, not a file conversion

A logo does not become embroidery by being uploaded. Someone has to decide stitch type, direction, density, and underlay, or the mark puckers, the small text closes up, and the colour registration drifts across a run. Graph-Tex digitizes in-house and keeps the file, so the second order matches the first.

The machine mix decides your lead time

A shop with only large machines quietly discourages small orders. A shop with only small machines cannot take a rollout. Running single, six, and twelve heads means the job is scheduled onto the right machine instead of the only machine.

High-end finishes hold up

Embroidery is what a corporate customer buys when the apparel has to look like the company rather than like a giveaway — a clean left chest on a soft-shell, a cap front that keeps its shape, an outerwear program that survives four winters.

None of it has to be perfect. Half of what comes through the art desk is a photo of an old shirt and a rough count.

  • The logo, at the best resolution you have

  • Thread colour preferences, or the brand's colour codes

  • Garment type — knit, woven, fleece, cap, and outerwear all stitch differently

  • Whether you need names or numbers on individual pieces

Tell us what you need on it.

A quantity, a date, and whatever artwork you have. We will come back with garment options and a quote — not another form.
