Graph-Tex runs workwear programs for industrial employers and trade contractors across Central New York — the kind of program where a crew's jackets have to last four winters and a new hire needs kitting out on day one.

The usual problem
Workwear gets bought reactively, in ones and twos, from whoever has stock — so the crew ends up in four shades of the company colour.
What we do about it
A held program: fixed garments, fixed decoration, fixed thread colours. A reorder of two matches the rollout of two hundred.

Carhartt and comparable hooded sweatshirts, pocket tees, and knit caps, decorated to hold up on a job site rather than in an office.
Hi-vis and safety
ANSI-class hi-vis tees, vests, and outerwear decorated without compromising the garment, for crews working roadside or on active sites.
Outerwear programs
The winter jacket is the piece the crew judges the company by. Embroidered outerwear, sized properly, ordered once and reorderable in ones and twos.
New-hire kits
A standing kit per role, held on your account, so onboarding does not start with a purchasing conversation.
Multi-site rollouts
One artwork, one garment list, multiple locations — delivered to each site or to one point, on one purchase order.
